Dining

We are able to offer a range of dining options for those attending conferences.

The dining halls in the residences offer high quality menus, with a choice of starters, main courses and desserts. We also provide healthy options, salads and vegetarian dishes each day and in addition our chefs are happy to work with conference organisers to ensure that any special dietary needs that delegates may have are fully catered for.

We are also able to serve a range of buffet lunches either in, or adjacent to, meeting and exhibition areas and this is a very popular lunchtime option.

As Scotland’s oldest university we have a number of prestigious dining venues. Lower College Hall, set within St Salvator's Quadrangle is an impressive historic setting for conference dinners and welcome receptions.

We offer a wide range of menus from simple finger buffets to 5 course banquets and an extensive wine list. We have recently launched a new collection of menus that feature the finest local produce. These menus ensure delegates have the opportunity to sample some Scottish delicacies whilst visiting St Andrews.
