Booking Terms & Conditions

RESERVATIONS
A booking confirmation and receipt will be sent once your reservation has been confirmed. We will contact you in March 2010 to obtain the outstanding balance. If you wish to pay in full at time of booking please advise.

We will do our best to meet your request but cannot guarantee to do so due to the limited availability and high demand.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A non-refundable deposit of £200.00 per room is required at time of booking; this initial payment will be deducted from your final account. The balance for your account is due on or before 12th April 2010 and will we send an invoice to you in March 2010. Reservations made after 31st March 2010 must be accompanied by full payment.

Check in is from 2pm on the day of arrival and check out is anytime prior to 10.30 on the day of your departure. All residences have a no smoking policy which guests must adhere to.

In the event of cancellation prior to 12th April 2010 we will retain any deposit paid, for cancellations received after the 12th April 2010 and before the 14th June 2010, we will retain 50% of the final booking value. No refunds will be given for bookings that are cancelled after the 14th June 2010. We recommend guests have insurance cover in place.
If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to fulfil any order, we shall not be liable for damages or compensation but our charge/s will be refunded.
